Known Issue 2.7.0
The nodejs mechanism which allows reusing the ports consumed by the interaction of Alsid services (InfluxDB, Cephei, Equuleus) is broken.
Thus, the creation and not reuse of ports causes the saturation of available ports.
This can have the consequence of freezing RabbitMQ which no longer has ports available for messaging, or even a problem accessing the interface.
You can verify this exhaustion using this command:
Netstat command allows you to list and display the active connections and open ports on your security engine node.
If in the result you observe a large, increasing and uninterrupted number of ports taken by "node.exe" process, reflecting the increment mentioned above, you are in the scenario of this issue
- interface path: Security Engine Node
- Actual Behavior: Equuleus Socket exhaustion
How and where
1. After connecting on Security Engine Node, go to this folder:
